Mimicking the currents of wind and water a Transflective Waterscape rises gracefully from the river. Swaying in sync to the metronome of its inherited backdrop, poetic arcs dance and shimmer through the filtered setting sun.
As the late sun sets and a new moon rises a nocturnal transformation occurs. By day the lawn harvests natural light which in turn reproduces a rhythmical luminous glow at dusk. Reflecting its environment the glistening beams flicker in the twilight creating the illusion of mythical phosphorus insects rising from the river below.
100’s of kinetic reeds grow form the riverbed blossoming at its
crown illuminated by a solar powered LED. Individually they are curiously crafted blades of light. As a multiple they are a flowing riverbed of mystic creatures dancing and shimmering at the waters edge.
